DO NOT fly balloons in windy conditions or bad weatherDO NOT fly balloon near buildings or other objects that could pop the balloon if contact is made
Allow the balloon maneuvering area -- Remember, the balloon will move around with
the wind, and even a moderate breeze will cause the balloon to sway.
DO NOT leave the balloon up over night. Although the balloon need not be uninflated, the balloon should be brought down and secured overnight.
DO NOT inflate indoors.
Have pennant securely tied to column or rooftop, etc. and ready to tie on balloon prior to begin inflation of balloon.

These figures are estimates and are based on ideal conditions. During
actual inflation, conditions such as temperature, leakage, overfilling,
under filling, and re-inflation can affect these figures significantly.
RETURN POLICY
We take great pride in shipping your order complete and in good condition.
You should, however, check your order when received to make sure it is
correct, and that there are no damages or discrepancies. Returns
will not be accepted without prior authorization and must be made within
30 days of purchase. Any replacement products will be shipped via
regular UPS Ground Service.
Defective balloons must be brought to our attention immediately and must never have been
used. The unused, defective balloon must be returned to Balloondealer.com, unused and in its original packaging. Defective balloons include only balloons that have a hole in them and cannot be inflated and DOES NOT include balloons that pop due to over-inflation or improper filling.
REFUND POLICY
We do not give refunds under any circumstances for Latex Balloons because their filling and usage are beyond our control. Therefore, we suggest that you follow a few guidelines to prolong the life of your balloons.
Larger balloons can be filled using a traditional regulator. For
faster fill time, a fill tube can be used. Fill-tubes and regulators
can be purchased on our site.
LIABILITY
Your sole and exclusive remedy against Balloondealer.com is
limited to the return and replacement of said merchandise. You shall
have no right against Balloondealer.com for incidental or consequential
damages.
GEORGIA LAW
By accepting delivery of the ordered products, you consent to the
jurisdiction of any court in the State of Georgia and the laws of Georgia.
