Our shipping fees are calculated automatically for FedEx Ground Shipping and will be displayed when you proceed to the check out page. Other Shipping Rates will be adjusted depending on your delivery needs.

Orders will be shipped complete unless an item in your order is on out of stock. You will be immediately notified of the item, and given a choice of shipping incomplete or waiting to ship complete. All will be verified before proceeding with shipping of your order. If your order requires multiple cartons, your order will be shipped at the same time.

| » How will I know when my order was shipped?
An automatic FedEx shipping confirmation will be emailed to you when your order ships, including the appropriate order tracking numbers, anticipated delivery date and a link so that you may track your package directly through www.fedex.com.
| » How long will it take to get my order?
FedEx Ground orders to the East Coast (as far North as Virginia) should arrive within one to two business days after leaving our warehouse. Allow up to 7-10 business days for orders to the West Coast, and Canada. Alaska/Hawaii ground shipments arrive within 12-15 days via USPS Priority Mail, as we prefer you to ship FedEx 2nd day shipping to these states.

Standard Ground shipping defaults to FedEx Ground Service or US Postal Service Priority Mail if shipping to a PO Box or APO/FPO address or Alaska/Hawaii, unless you request an Express Shipping method below for your order.
Standard Shipping Exceptions: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, US Post Office Boxes, APO and FPO addresses will be sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, and are being delivered within 15 business days. You may select FedEx 2nd Day Air to Alaska/Hawaii ONLY as a premium shipping option, which will add $9.00 to the freight charges. The rates are published below.
| » Do you ship to PO, APO and FPO Boxes?
We currently deliver to US Post Office boxes, APO, and FPO boxes via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping charges will be the same as the standard ground freight charges that appear on the order form. Delivery normally takes 10-25 working days to arrive.
| » Can I ship my order to an International destination?
We currently deliver to CANADA, via USPS Ground (5-6 day) delivery. Balloondealer.com is not liable for International duties and taxes requested or collected at time of delivery. Different Provinces in Canada require these fees when receiving packages shipped using UPS. Please inquire with your local Postal carrier as to the regulations in your area when receiving packages from the US when shipped by United States Postal Service to determine what if any charges will apply.
| » Shipping & Return Policy
We take great pride in shipping your order complete and in good condition. You should, however, check your order when received to make sure it is correct, and that there are no damages or discrepancies. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any replacement products will be shipped via regular UPS Ground Service. Defective balloons must be brought to our attention immediately and must never have been used. The unused, defective balloon must be returned to Balloondealer.com, unused and in its original packaging. Defective balloons include only balloons that have a hole in them and cannot be inflated and DOES NOT include balloons that pop due to over-inflation or improper filling.
We do not give refunds under any circumstances for Latex Balloons because their filling and usage are beyond our control. Therefore, we suggest that you follow a few guidelines to prolong the life of your balloons.
Larger balloons can be filled using a traditional regulator. For faster fill time, a fill tube can be used. Fill-tubes and regulators can be purchased on our site.
Your sole and exclusive remedy against Balloondealer.com is limited to the return and replacement of said merchandise. You shall have no right against Balloondealer.com for incidental or consequential damages.
By accepting delivery of the ordered products, you consent to the jurisdiction of any court in the State of Georgia and the laws of Georgia.
