Balloondealer Custom Latex
balloons are ideal for special, price-sensitive promotions
demanding a low-cost, printed balloon. They are made of 100%
natural latex and are available in –
9", 11", 14", and 17" sizes.
The prices below include
balloons with one-color/one-side imprint; adding any
additional charges.

Screen Setup Charge:
$25.00 for logos, and/or 4 lines of text.

Second-Side Imprint (one color only):
$10.00 per 1,000 pieces.

Change of Ink Color (minimum 125 pieces per
color): $25.00 for each
change.

Second Color Charge: 2 Color printing is
available on one side ONLY, minimum 1,000 pieces.
Second color printing is not available on 14", 17" and 36"
inch balloons.

Standard Imprint Colors: Red, Blue, Black & White,
additional colors will be considered custom.

Custom Ink Blend or PMS Color Match:
$25.00 per run.

ORDER PLACEMENT AND POLICIES
Color
Assortments
Price above is for one color balloon or one group
assortment. Any combination of 2 or more balloon
colors will result in a 5% charge on any order under 2,500
pieces.
Ink Colors
Red, Blue, Black & White,
additional colors will be considered custom. When choosing balloon and
ink color combinations, consider the effect of the
balloon color when combined with the ink color,
particularly when printing on an assortment of balloon
colors. A change of ink color may be required for desired
result.
Artwork Requirements:
Please supply clean
camera-ready artwork (black & white) approximately 5" tall.
Artwork should look exactly as you want it to appear on the
balloon. Any rearrangements or touch ups will result
in a $35.00 per hour artwork charge with a minimum of 1/2
hour ($17.50).
Emailed Artwork Requirements
We currently accept the
following formats for email submission: Corel Draw 9.0
or less (.cdr); Illustrator 8.0 or less (.ai, .ps, .prn,
.eps). Additional files that are accepted: Adobe
Acrobat (.pdf and .tif images). Adobe Illustrator
files, save up to 8.0 and Corel Draw up to 9.0 from their
original format or export them to .eps format. We
accept WinZip or (.zip) compressed formatted files.
YOU MUST CONVERT FONTS AND CURVES PRIOR TO SAVING, and
submit in black and white, as grayscale will become
checkered when screen printed. 2-Color Artwork should
show the exact separations in a finished image. Make
all images approx. 5"w x 5"h at 300 dpi resolution.
